Ad account disabled
If the ad account was closed on the grounds of a policy violation or suspicious activity, the review request and, if needed, the corrections are prepared together.
If your ads have stopped, you first need to clarify which asset was restricted and why: a personal profile, an ad account, a Business Portfolio or a payment method? We help you read the cause correctly and prepare the review request with an organized file.
At Meta, a restriction can be at the level of the ad, the ad account, the Business Portfolio or the manager's personal profile. Finding the right asset is half the process.
If the ad account was closed on the grounds of a policy violation or suspicious activity, the review request and, if needed, the corrections are prepared together.
If an ad restriction has been placed on your personal profile, all the ad accounts you manage may be affected. The profile-level review is handled first.
If the whole business portfolio is restricted, business verification and the status of the other assets in the portfolio are assessed together.
A failed payment, a disputed card or suspicious payment activity can stop the ad account. Fixing the payment side is the first step.
If your ads are rejected one after another, the text, visuals and landing page are reviewed from a policy perspective and corrected.
If there is no restriction yet but warnings are piling up, the causes need to be removed before it turns into a major restriction.
We work without asking for a password, through limited access that you define in Meta Business Portfolio, or through screen sharing.
We gather the status of each of your personal profile, Page, Instagram account, ad accounts, Business Portfolio and payment methods in a single table.
We compare the reason in the notice with recent ads, the landing page, payment history and account activity to identify the likely causes.
Together with you, we correct ad texts and visuals that could be seen as against policy, and gaps on the landing page.
Using the review option open for the restricted asset, we prepare your statement and, if needed, your business documents in an organized file.
Once the restriction is lifted, we suggest a restart plan with low policy risk that increases budget and ad count gradually.
Our goal is to resolve the restriction within the rules; not to look for ways around the rules.
Offers selling "unrestricted ad accounts" or "opened Business Portfolios" violate Meta's rules and can lead to your own assets being permanently closed. Do not pay for these offers or give them access.
Ad account restriction consulting is a service that, when you are blocked from running ads on Meta, identifies which asset the restriction is on and on what grounds, and helps you make the necessary corrections and prepare the review request with an organized file. We access your accounts not with a password but with limited access that you define, or through screen sharing; Meta makes the decision.
Your ads stopping does not depend on a single cause. At Meta, a restriction can appear at four separate levels, and each requires a different review route:
To understand the level of the restriction, you need to look together at the warnings in Ads Manager, the notices in Business Portfolio settings and the account quality screen. There can be restrictions at more than one level at the same time; for example, both the ad account and the manager's profile may be affected. In that case the issue at the personal profile level is usually handled first, because while the profile remains restricted, requests made for the other assets may go nowhere.
Behind restrictions there is usually one of the following: ad texts that make exaggerated promises or refer to personal attributes, missing contact and return information on the landing page, failed or disputed payments, several managers logging in from different locations in a short time, and links to previously restricted assets. In sensitive areas such as health, finance and personal development, the ad language needs extra care; in these areas an informative and claim-free language should be preferred. Having a privacy policy, contact information and realistic product descriptions on the landing page is also important for review.
Some restrictions, however, are not related to ad content. A newly opened account, a rapid increase in budget in a short time or frequently changed payment details can also attract the attention of automated systems. In such cases, correcting the ads alone is not enough; you need to explain why the account activity looks unusual.
In a review request, just saying that you think a mistake was made is often not enough. Briefly explaining which corrections were made, what the business sells and who the ads are aimed at gives the reviewer context. If business verification is requested, the trade name, address and contact details must be consistent with the documents and with your website.
While the review is under way, it may seem tempting to keep running ads by opening a new ad account or Business Portfolio. But Meta may treat this behavior as an attempt to get around the restriction and it can lead to all your linked assets being permanently closed. Rented accounts, portfolios opened with someone else's identity and intermediaries selling "unrestricted accounts" carry the same risk. We do not recommend or use these routes.
During the waiting period it is possible to keep in touch with your customers by other means: organic posts, a Google business profile, an email list or other advertising platforms can fill the gap in this period to some extent. But going live from another Meta ad account with the same product and landing page is not within this scope.
Even if the review has a positive result, a gradual start is healthier than returning straight to the old budget. A low-budget run with the corrected ads lets you see that the payment method works without problems and that no new warning appears on the account quality screen. We also recommend reviewing team access and keeping only those who need it in the administrator role. It is also important to share the cause of the restriction with your team or the agency you work with; if the same ad language or landing page problem recurs, a second restriction can be harder to resolve. If the review has a negative result, we read the content of the reply together; some replies leave room for a new review, while others show the decision is final. If a permanent decision is involved, we share this plainly and assess, under Meta's current rules, the options that stay within the rules, for example whether it is possible to structure the business with another administrator and verified information.
Most ad account reviews run online: you define limited access through Business Portfolio or share your screen, and we examine the situation together. When defining access, we recommend giving access only to the assets to be reviewed and the lowest role the work requires. We also provide on-site support for businesses in Sakarya and the surrounding area; we sit together at your computer, build the asset map and prepare the corrections and the review request step by step. If you want to continue ad management after the restriction is resolved, we can plan that as a separate service.
