Cafes and restaurants
Frames showing the interior, seating areas, kitchen and presentation; for the Google profile, menu and social media.
We shoot on site the venue photography that shows your business's atmosphere, as well as photos and videos of special days such as weddings and engagements. Selection, editing and delivery proceed online.
A venue shoot is a business's shop window, while a wedding shoot is the record of a day that will not happen again. We shoot both with a flow planned in advance.
Frames showing the interior, seating areas, kitchen and presentation; for the Google profile, menu and social media.
Photos that show the rooms, common areas and surroundings in the right light; for booking platforms and the website.
Promotional photos and short videos describing the hall's capacity, decoration and atmosphere.
Photo and video coverage of the special day, from preparations to the ceremony, from the couple's portraits to the celebration.
Corporate venue shoots that show the workspace, the team and the service environment in a plain, trust-building way.
Candid and later shareable footage of a store opening, a launch or a company event.
In a venue shoot light is everything, in a wedding shoot timing is. We clarify both before the shoot day.
We discuss the venue and its intended use, or the wedding program. If needed, we see the venue beforehand and evaluate the light and angles.
We list the areas, moments and formats to be shot. At this stage we clarify the matter of permission for the use of images of guests and employees.
For venue shoots we work at the hours when the light is best, and at weddings we work in line with the flow of the program and unobtrusively.
We share the photos online and make the selection together. We edit the videos according to your music and flow preferences and do color grading.
We deliver the photos and videos online in vertical and horizontal formats according to their intended use.
Writing the scope of the shoot down from the start prevents misunderstandings on a special day or during busy business hours.
Frames in which guests' and employees' faces are clearly visible may count as personal data under KVKK. Before using these frames in the promotion of the business, the explicit permission of the people concerned must be obtained.
A venue shoot is photographing or filming the interior and exterior areas of a business for promotion, with planned lighting and framing. A wedding shoot is recording special days such as weddings, engagements and henna nights as photos and video, from preparation to the close. What both have in common is that the shoot is done on site with a flow set up in advance.
Before going to a cafe, hotel or wedding hall, people mostly look at its photos. The Google business profile, booking platforms, website and social media accounts form the first impression of the venue. Dark or messy images shot in a hurry on a phone weaken this first impression. A planned venue shoot shows the space, the atmosphere and the experience on offer truthfully. From the same shoot, a visual archive is created that can be used separately for the Google business profile, website, social media and booking platforms. This way there is no need to look for separate photos for each channel or to reshoot with a phone, and all of the business's digital storefronts speak the same visual language. What matters here is to describe the venue without exaggeration: a room that is shown larger than it is with a wide-angle lens can disappoint guests.
A wedding shoot works with moments that will not repeat. That is why the most important preparation is the program schedule: the order and approximate times of moments such as preparation time, picking up the bride, the ceremony, the outdoor shoot, the hall entrance, the first dance and the cake are discussed in advance. If there will be an outdoor shoot, a backup plan is prepared based on the location, transport and weather. On the video side, depending on the couple's preference, options include a short highlight film, a longer story edit or short vertical videos to be shared on social media. For couples who want to archive raw footage, delivery of these can also be planned.
Photos and videos in which a person appears in a recognizable way may be considered personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). For this reason we pay attention to two matters. In venue shoots, if guests' or employees' faces are clearly visible, it is the business's responsibility to obtain the explicit permission of the people concerned before using these frames in promotion; if permission cannot be obtained, people are left out of the frame or shot so that they cannot be recognized. In wedding shoots, the footage is for the couple's own use. Using this footage in the agency's or the venue's portfolio, on social media or in advertising is possible only with the couple's explicit consent. We do not share the footage of couples who do not give consent anywhere.
We do venue and wedding shoots on site in and around Sakarya; shoots at more distant locations are possible with date and travel planning. After the shoot the process proceeds online. Photos are presented for your selection in a shared folder, the draft of the video edit is sent online and revisions proceed digitally. This way you do not need to meet again for delivery.
We also plan the delivery format according to the place of use. Venue photos can be prepared horizontally for the Google business profile, website and booking platforms, and vertically for social media feeds and stories. Short venue videos are edited vertically for Reels and TikTok and horizontally for the website and YouTube. For wedding videos, depending on the couple's preference, a horizontal main edit is prepared along with shareable vertical clips. For those who want raw footage, these files are delivered separately; mentioning this before the shoot makes it easier to plan file size and delivery method.
Another important matter in venue shoots is continuity and currency. When your menu, decor or room layout changes, old photos no longer reflect reality. The difference between what the guest saw and what they encounter can lead to negative reviews. For this reason, renewing the shoot after major changes and taking old images offline helps your business look reliable. For gardens, terraces and outdoor areas whose appearance changes with the season, planning additional shoots in different periods can also be considered.
