This privacy notice has been prepared by Sova Ajans in its capacity as data controller pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

- Identity and contact: first and last name, phone number, email address.
- Request information: services of interest, form and live support messages, Instagram username and account status (only for account recovery consulting requests).
- Personnel and application: CV, portfolio links, area of interest (for job applications).
- Transaction security: irreversible IP hash, browser information, time of the transaction.
3. Purposes of processing
Responding to requests, preparing quotes, carrying out service and contract processes, evaluating job applications, ensuring information security, fulfilling legal obligations and improving the website.
4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the basis of the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the legal obligation of the data controller, legitimate interest provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, and, where necessary, explicit consent.
5. Method of collection
Data is collected electronically through the forms on the website, live support, email, phone and WhatsApp.
6. Transfer
Personal data may be transferred to hosting, email and notification service providers to the extent required by the service, and to authorized public institutions and organizations in the cases provided for by law. Where services with servers located abroad are used, the transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
7. Your rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose; to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; to request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; to request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK; to object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis by automated systems; and to request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
