Who is it for?

A different Meta setup for each goal.

Getting messages, collecting forms, driving store traffic or making sales each call for a different campaign objective. We choose the setup according to how your business wins customers.

01

Local businesses

For businesses such as cafes, restaurants, hair salons or stores, we set up campaigns that reach people in a specific area, focused on directions and messages.

02

E-commerce sites

With a product catalog, Meta Pixel and Conversions API setup, we manage campaigns that re-reach people who viewed a product or added it to their cart.

03

Those selling via WhatsApp and DMs

For businesses that take orders or appointments by message, we set up message-objective ads and a flow suited to following up incoming conversations.

04

Those collecting leads with forms

For real estate, education, service and B2B companies, we design lead forms with questions that reduce unnecessary submissions.

05

New openings and launches

For announcing a new branch, product or event, we build awareness with reach and video view campaigns and then follow up with those who showed interest.

06

Healthcare and clinics

In healthcare, in line with Meta policies and Turkish regulations, we work with an informative tone, restricted targeting and careful creative choices.

Scope

What we do and what we do not do.

Setting expectations correctly from the start for Meta ads prevents disappointment later.

Included

  • Planning the campaign objective, structure and budget allocation
  • Checking the Meta Pixel, Conversions API and event setup
  • Target audience, lookalike audience and remarketing setup
  • Ad copy and creative direction
  • Ad policy compliance check
  • Weekly monitoring and regular optimization
  • Clear monthly report and recommendation for the next period

What we don't do

  • We do not collect the ad budget; spending is made directly to Meta with your payment method
  • We do not ask for your password; we work with permission through Business Portfolio
  • We do not guarantee sales, message volume or cost
  • We do not use bot followers, purchased engagement or ad methods that violate policy
  • We do not move the account into our own portfolio; assets always remain with you
Ad rejections and restrictions

Meta reviews ads with automated systems and sometimes makes wrong decisions. For rejected ads, instead of repeatedly trying to publish, reading the reason, fixing the content and, if needed, opening a review request protects the health of the account.

Guide

How do Facebook and Instagram ads work?

Meta ads are paid ads shown on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and Audience Network, managed through a single dashboard, Ads Manager. The business chooses an objective and determines whom it wants to reach and how much it will spend; Meta then shows the ad to the people it considers most suitable for that objective. The Meta ad management service covers planning, setting up, measuring and regularly improving this setup.

Who are Meta ads suitable for?

It is a meaningful channel for almost any business that can present its product or service visually. People browse Instagram and Facebook not to search for something but to pass the time; for this reason, Meta ads are strong at creating demand. A local restaurant reaching people nearby, an e-commerce site showing its product to people who may be interested, or an educational institution collecting applications are typical uses of this channel. If you need to answer a need that is actively being searched for right away, Google Ads is often the more suitable complement.

Ads are shown not in a single place but in different placements: the Facebook and Instagram feed, stories, Reels, the explore area and Messenger are the main ones. Each placement has a different visual ratio and viewer behavior. In Reels and stories, vertical videos that start fast stand out, while in the feed a single strong image or a swipeable carousel may work better. Leaving placements automatic is often a reasonable start; however, creatives need to be prepared in sizes suited to each placement.

How is a campaign set up?

On Meta, everything starts with the campaign objective. Objectives such as awareness, traffic, engagement, leads, app promotion and sales directly change whom and how Meta shows the ad to. If the right objective is not chosen, even a good creative does not do the expected job. When building the setup, we follow this order:

  1. Goal: Defining the action that is valuable to the business: a message, a form or a purchase?
  2. Measurement: Making sure this action is recorded correctly with the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
  3. Audience: Planning audiences built from location, age range, interests, website visitors and customer lists.
  4. Creative: Preparing enough variety to test different messages and visual approaches at the same time.
  5. Budget: Concentrating spending in as few ad sets as Meta can learn from.

An important part of the setup is also remarketing. People who visit your website, interact with your Instagram profile or watch one of your videos are a warmer audience than those who do not know you at all. Reaching these people again with a different message, for example an ad that answers a frequently asked question or shows the product from another angle, increases the value of the budget spent on new audiences. When building audiences from customer lists, data collected with explicit consent and in line with personal data protection regulations and Meta's terms must be used.

Budget, payment and account ownership

In a healthy agency relationship, the ad budget and the agency fee are separate. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta with the card or payment method set up in your ad account; Meta issues the invoice to you. The fee paid to the agency, on the other hand, is the price of the planning, setup, management and reporting service. This separation keeps spending transparent.

Likewise, the Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account, pixel and audiences should remain in your Meta Business Portfolio. We access these assets with permission as a partner; no password sharing is needed. When our work ends, it is enough for you to remove the permission, and all data and history stay with you.

Ad policies and sensitive sectors

Meta reviews ads before and during delivery. Wording that addresses personal attributes directly, exaggerated promises, misleading before-and-after images and some product categories can be rejected. In special ad categories such as housing, employment and credit, targeting options are restricted. In healthcare, both Meta's rules and Turkish regulations require an informative rather than demand-generating tone; ads containing prices, campaigns and patient experiences should be avoided. Building the setup according to these rules from the start reduces both the risk of rejection and of account restrictions.

How should results be evaluated?

Like and reach counts alone are not a business result. What should really be looked at in evaluation is the cost of the targeted action, the quality of incoming leads and how far these leads turn into sales. That is why in our reports, alongside spend, number of results and cost per result, we also discuss the outcomes seen on your side. Knowing from the start that results depend on the sector, competition, season, your offer and the quality of your website or your message response speed makes it easier to make a realistic plan.

The mistakes we often encounter that weaken results are:

  • Spending continuously with the boost post button, without an objective or measurement.
  • Splitting the budget across many small ad sets and preventing Meta from learning.
  • Keeping the same creative live for weeks without changing it.
  • Replying late to incoming messages and forms, missing the interest the ad has brought.
  • Opening the ad account under the personal account of the agency or an employee.

On-site and online work

With businesses in Sakarya and the surrounding area, we can hold the first meeting and, if needed, shooting planning on site. With businesses across Turkey, the process runs entirely online; authorization, creative approval and reporting proceed through screen sharing and written communication.

Whether we work on site or online, the communication routine is the same: a brief weekly status note, written sharing for creatives that need approval, and a report we go through together at the end of the month. In cases such as an ad being rejected or an unexpected change in spend, we communicate quickly through the 24/7 online support channel.

Note: Meta's campaign structures, objective names and targeting options are updated frequently. We always build the setup according to the current version of Ads Manager.
Frequently asked questions

Good to know.

Can't find your answer? Message us on WhatsApp; online support is open 24/7.

How much budget is needed for Instagram ads?
There is no fixed figure; the budget is determined by the goal, the area, the competition and the number of audiences to be tested. In the initial meeting, we suggest a sensible starting range for your goal. The budget is paid directly to Meta from your ad account.
Do we pay the ad budget to you?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta with the payment method you set up in your ad account, and Meta issues the invoice. The fee paid to us is only the price of the ad management service.
Do I need to give my password to let you access my account?
No. It is enough to add us to your Meta Business Portfolio as a partner. This way, without sharing a password, you decide which asset we access and with what permission, and you can remove it at any time.
What is the difference between the boost post button and Ads Manager?
The boost post button is quick, but its objective, targeting, measurement and testing options are limited. In Ads Manager, the campaign objective, audience structure, placements and conversion tracking can be set up fully; that is why we use it for regular advertising.
Why are my ads being rejected?
Most often there is a phrase in the text or image that runs into Meta ad policies, a restricted product category or a promise perceived as misleading. We read the rejection reason and fix the content, and if the decision is wrong, we open a review request.
When will I start to see results?
Ads start to receive impressions the day they go live, but some time is needed for Meta's learning process and for test results. This period varies with the budget and the goal; we do not guarantee results, but we follow the progress together every week.
