Campaign management

Regular, data-driven optimization for your live campaigns.

Setting up a campaign is only the beginning; the real difference comes from the regular checks and decisions made while it runs. We monitor your Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns under a single plan, test them and redistribute the budget based on data.

  • Regular optimization
  • Planned A/B tests
  • Budget across channels
  • Clear monthly report
In which cases?

When there is spend but no clarity.

Many businesses run ads but cannot clearly see what each spend brings. Campaign management turns this uncertainty into a regular decision-making process.

01

If costs are rising

If cost per result climbs over time, we examine creative fatigue, audience saturation and bid settings to find the cause.

02

If lead quality is low

If forms or messages come in but do not turn into sales, we rework targeting, form questions and the campaign objective around quality.

03

If there are multiple channels

If Meta, Google and TikTok run at the same time, we define each channel's role and distribute the budget across channels deliberately.

04

If your team has no time

If someone in your business manages the ads but has no time for regular follow-up, we take over the daily and weekly monitoring of the campaigns.

05

In seasonal periods

In busy periods such as holidays, the school season or summer, we plan budget increases and creative refreshes in advance.

06

If you want to grow

We increase the budget of a well-performing campaign gradually, without disrupting the learning process and keeping cost under control.

Process

A repeating improvement cycle.

Optimization is not a one-time adjustment but a regularly repeated process. We record every change together with its reason.

Scope

What we do and what we do not do.

Our aim in campaign management is for you to be able to see too where the spend is going and why decisions were made that way.

Included

  • Performance analysis of existing campaigns
  • Defining target indicators and the reporting routine
  • Planning creative, audience and bid tests
  • Weekly monitoring and optimization
  • Budget allocation recommendations across channels
  • Change log and decision log
  • Monthly report and meeting

What we don't do

  • We do not collect the ad budget; spend is paid directly to the platforms from your account
  • We do not ask for passwords; we work with Business Portfolio and access permissions
  • We do not guarantee a specific cost, conversion or sales figure
  • We do not use tricks or off-policy methods to get around platform rules
  • We do not replace your sales team; following up incoming leads is on your side
Frequent changes can do harm

Changing major settings every day in campaigns restarts the platforms' learning process again and again. It is healthier to make decisions in a planned way once enough data has built up.

Guide

How is ad campaign optimization done?

Campaign management and optimization is the process of regularly monitoring and testing live digital ad campaigns and improving them based on the data obtained. It begins after the initial setup of the campaign and continues constantly. The aim is to get more valuable results with the same budget and to make transparent the decisions by which spend is managed.

Digital ad platforms are an environment that keeps changing. Competitors raise budgets, audiences lose interest as they see the same ad, seasons change and platforms update their algorithms. A campaign that works well one month can start delivering results at a higher cost the next, even if nothing is changed. Regular optimization lets you notice these changes early and make decisions based on data, not guesses.

In which areas are improvements made?

  • Creative: Tracking which images, videos and texts attract interest and which wear out, and adding new ones regularly.
  • Audience: Seeing which target audiences bring higher-quality leads and simplifying overlapping audiences.
  • Bidding and budget: Adjusting automated bidding strategies, target costs and daily budgets based on data.
  • Campaign structure: Merging needlessly split campaigns and leaving room for the platform to learn.
  • Landing experience: Reviewing the speed of the page the ad leads to, message match and ease of contact.

Each of these areas affects the others. When a new creative is added, audience behavior may change; when the budget is raised, the platform may start showing the ad to a wider and less relevant group of people. That is why making changes one at a time and at set intervals makes it easier to see what result each decision produced.

How is a proper test set up?

The most common mistake in optimization is changing many things at once and not knowing which change worked. A sound test measures a single variable. For example, two different videos are shown to the same audience, or the same ad is presented to two different audiences. Before starting the test, a hypothesis is written, such as "The video showing how the product is used gets more clicks than the product photo". The test is continued until enough data has been collected to decide; tests ended too early give misleading results. The winning version becomes the starting point of the next test.

It is also important for tests to be proportionate to the budget. Trying many versions at once with a small budget means none of them collects meaningful data. That is why we build the monthly test calendar according to the budget and put the questions in priority order: first the message and creative, then the audience, then the bid and landing page.

Budget across channels and transparency

For businesses advertising on more than one platform, each channel has a different role. While search ads on Google capture existing demand, Meta and TikTok create new interest and, with remarketing, return to those who showed interest. For this reason, comparing channels only by last click can be misleading. When distributing the budget, we evaluate together the stage at which each channel works, the measurement data and your own observations on the sales side.

Scaling a well-performing campaign also calls for care. Increasing the budget gradually instead of doubling it at once prevents the learning process from being disrupted and cost from suddenly rising. Opening up to new audiences or trying a similar campaign in a different area are also ways of controlled growth.

In campaign management, ad spend on every platform is paid directly to the platform from your own ad account, whether to Meta, Google or TikTok. The fee paid to the agency is the price of the monitoring, testing, optimization and reporting service. Because the campaigns run in your Meta Business Portfolio and Google Ads account, you can also see all history and changes in real time. We write every important change we make in a decision log together with its reason.

Reporting: what to read and how?

A good report does not have to be long. What matters is that it clearly shows what the spend brought and what will be done next. Our reports include spend, number of results, cost per result and comparison with the previous period; in addition, the tests run, decisions taken and next month's plan are shared. Because only you can know whether incoming leads turn into sales, feedback from you is the most valuable input to optimization.

To make this feedback easier, we suggest a simple tracking routine: noting down the leads that come from ads together with their source, and sharing at the end of the month which of them turned into sales or appointments. This small habit makes it possible to see which campaign really brings business and to make budget decisions on firmer ground.

Policies and common mistakes

Pushing platform rules in the name of optimization may look like a short-term gain but can end in an account restriction. Compliance with Meta and Google ad policies should be checked again with every creative and text change. In the healthcare sector, texts must remain informative under Turkish regulations. Other frequently seen mistakes are:

  1. Constantly interfering with a campaign during its learning period.
  2. Increasing the budget in sudden, large steps.
  3. Looking only at clicks or impressions and ignoring lead quality.
  4. Not refreshing creatives for a long time.

On-site and online work

With businesses in Sakarya and the surrounding area, we can hold monthly review meetings on site. With businesses across Turkey, meetings are held online; reports and the decision log are shared regularly.

If an employee in your business manages the campaigns, we can also work with them and take on only the test planning and reporting side. This way, daily operations stay with you while the decision process gets a regular structure.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know.

Can't find your answer? Message us on WhatsApp; online support is open 24/7.

How often should ad optimization be done?
Campaigns should be monitored weekly, while major decisions should be made when enough data has built up. Changing settings every day disrupts the platforms' learning process. We work with a weekly check and monthly review routine.
My campaigns are already running; can you take them over?
Yes. First we review the existing campaigns, measurement accuracy and recent results and produce a status summary. Without breaking the structure that works, we make improvements starting with the priority problems.
Will optimization definitely lower my costs?
No, we cannot guarantee that. Costs depend on competition, season, platform changes and your offer. Optimization makes sure the budget is used more efficiently under the same conditions and that decisions are based on data.
What is an A/B test?
An A/B test runs two versions of an ad under the same conditions with a single difference and measures which gives better results. The difference can be a video, a headline, an audience or a landing page. When a single variable is measured, the result is reliable.
Are the ad budget and the agency fee separate?
Yes. Ad spend on every platform is paid from your account directly to Meta, Google or TikTok. The fee you pay us is only the price of the monitoring, testing, optimization and reporting service.
What will I see in the report?
You will see spend, number of results, cost per result and comparison with the previous period. In addition, the tests run, the reasons behind decisions taken and next month's plan are included in the report.
