Companies getting their first site
For businesses known only through a social media account, we gather services, contact details and reference areas into an orderly structure.
We design a corporate site where a visitor understands within seconds, on a phone, who you are, what you do and how to reach you. Speed, the SEO foundation and legal text areas are planned from the start; you update the content yourself afterwards.
A corporate site is the storefront someone sees when they first look into your company. These are the situations we meet most often.
For businesses known only through a social media account, we gather services, contact details and reference areas into an orderly structure.
We move sites that look broken on a phone, load late or can no longer be updated onto a new foundation while keeping the existing content.
We arrange product groups, production capability, quality certificates and a quotation form in the order purchasing teams look for them.
For fields such as law, architecture and accounting, we build a calm, trustworthy presentation that respects professional rules.
We highlight sections such as the menu, reservation links, location and gallery so that they open quickly on a phone.
For companies with no access to the domain, the panel or the hosting, we first clarify ownership and then move to the new site.
The site is first prepared at a preview address that only you can see. Nothing goes live without your approval.
We discuss your company, your target customer, your competitors and what you expect from the site. It can be done on site or online.
We collect the texts, logo, photos and documents. We write any missing texts together with you and plan a shoot if needed.
We present mobile and desktop drafts of the home page and a sample inner page. Revisions are made at this stage.
We code the pages and put in place the admin panel, forms, SEO settings and the KVKK and cookie areas.
Speed, form and appearance tests are run on different phones and browsers. You do the final check.
The site is connected to your domain, Search Console is set up and we show you how to use the panel.
The scope is set out in writing at the quotation stage; we draw the limits at the start so that no surprise line items appear later.
The domain, hosting and admin panel accounts should be registered to your company's email address. A domain registered in someone else's name makes it harder to reach your site if you later change agency or developer.
A corporate website is a company's official and up-to-date online home, describing who it is, which services or products it offers and how to reach it. A good corporate site opens quickly on a phone, is built in a way search engines can understand, and can be updated easily by the company.
Social media accounts are an important channel, but they depend on the platform's rules, its algorithm and the state of the account. A corporate site is the only digital address under your own control. When a purchasing manager, a potential business partner or a new customer researches your company, they usually look on Google first. Finding an up-to-date, orderly and trustworthy site makes up a large part of the first impression. In addition, Google Business Profile, ad campaigns and social media posts need a fixed address to send people to. In short, the site is the hub where all other digital work comes together; a weakness here also weakens the return on the effort put into advertising, social media and search.
What matters is less the number of pages than that each page gives a clear answer to a single question. If a visitor cannot find what they want in two clicks, they leave. That is why, before starting the design, we put the sitemap, the menu order and the action expected from the visitor on each page into writing together with you.
A significant share of corporate site visitors arrive from a phone. So we design for the phone screen first and build the desktop view on top of it. Menus, buttons and forms should be easy to use with a finger, and text should be readable without zooming.
For speed we rely on Google's Core Web Vitals metrics: how long the main content of the page takes to appear, how quickly it responds to clicks, and whether the content jumps around while loading. To that end we serve images at suitable sizes and formats, avoid unnecessary plugins and scripts, and configure caching. Measurement results may vary depending on the hosting service, the content added and third-party code; we share the tests from before and after launch with you.
An SEO foundation is the technical base that lets search engines crawl and understand the site correctly. Page-specific title and description fields, a readable URL structure, a correct heading hierarchy, a sitemap, image alt texts and structured data are parts of this base. A site with the foundation in place does not guarantee a ranking, but it offers a solid ground on which content and local SEO work can be built. If you are moving from an existing site, redirecting old addresses to the new ones is important to preserve the visibility built up so far.
The delivered site includes an admin panel where you can update texts, images, announcements and contact details yourself. At handover we give a short walkthrough and, when needed, support it with a screen recording.
Our approach to ownership is clear: the domain and hosting account are opened in your company's name, with your company's email address. Administrator access is yours; we work as an authorized user. That way, if you need to change agency or take the work to your own team later, your access to your site is not blocked. At handover we also share a short document listing all accounts, the email addresses they are registered to and their renewal dates.
While the site is being developed it is prepared at a preview address that only you can see. You browse all the pages on your phone and computer and send your notes. Once we have checked that forms reach the right address, links work and the texts are in their final form, the site is connected to your domain with your written approval. If you already have a site, we plan the switch for a time when visitors will be affected as little as possible.
With companies in Adapazarı, Serdivan, Erenler, Sapanca and around Sakarya, we can hold the discovery meeting and the handover training on site; seeing your business makes it easier to plan the right photos and presentation. With companies in other cities in Turkey the process runs entirely online: video calls, a shared preview address and written approvals. Whichever way we work, at the end of each stage we send a short note on what was done and what comes next; you can always write your questions to us through our 24/7 online support channel.
